Voicemod launches Community Sounds to put the creative power into the hands of gamers, streamers and content creators

Valencia, 2nd August 2023 - Voicemod, the world leader in real-time AI-voice and interactive audio, has launched Community Sounds on its application, enabling users to easily create and share their own sounds, discover trending sounds in the community, and remix sounds created by other Voicemod users.

Adding to the selection of sounds created by the Voicemod team and content from popular franchises licensed by the likes of Warner Bros., the introduction of Community Sounds offers over 150,000 community curated audio clips and sound effects, categorised by popular topics such as memes, movies, games, and sports. Users can deploy these sounds in real time, whether for perfectly-timed sound reactions when live streaming and gaming or on virtual hangouts with friends on social platforms such as Twitch, Discord, Roblox or FaceTime. Users can trigger sounds by clicking virtual buttons within Voicemod, assigning keybinds or integrating with external hardware, such as the Elgato Stream Deck, making sounds easily accessible and controllable.

To create sounds of their own, users can simply record clips, or use the AI-powered Text-to-Speech and Text-to-Sing features within the application to make use of Voicemod’s AI voices and DSP (Digital Signal Processor) sound effects. They can also take inspiration from other creators and remix sounds that other users have uploaded to the platform, using the pre-set filters in Voicemod or customization features such as pitch shifting.
