Our Recruitment Process

What you need to know before continue reading:

We are always looking to improve our recruitment process so steps in the recruitment process could vary as we try new workflows.

In most cases we have a rolling recruitment process, so we will keep assessing candidates until we’ve closed the role.

It takes candidates around 4 weeks to make it all the way through our process. If we determine early that you are not the candidate we’re looking for, we will let you know as soon as possible.

This is what you can expect from us:

1. Screening call with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team

The first step in our recruitment process is to conduct a screening call with the TA team where we will assess your skills and experience versus the requirements of the role and the team. During this call you will also have the opportunity to find out more about the role, our culture and any other topic you might be interested in.

2. Role-specific challenge

Following your first call with the TA team, successful candidates will be invited to complete an offline/asynchronous task that will help us understand your technical/functional skills. This is not an exam, hence there is no right or wrong answer. We use these challenges as an opportunity to see how you navigate job-specific problems.

Typically the deadline to send back your challenge is set to 4 days from the day the challenge is sent to you. Also it is important to mention that the tasks have been prepared so that you ****don't need to spend more than 3-4h completing it.

*If you end up spending more than 3-4h completing the challenge please let the TA team know so that we can change and update the task requirements with the hiring team.

3. Challenge Review

After you send us your challenge back, the hiring team will review it and deliver feedback to the TA team within 48h before we can update you on the outcome of your challenge.

*While delivering and sharing feedback within 48h is our objective, this might not always be possible (e.g. reviewers that are absent or they may be required to prioritise other tasks).

4. Half-day with Voicemod

This is your final stage in our process and we have prepared it so that you can interview us as much as we interview you!

During this half-day you will meet with a variety of potential colleagues and stakeholders. This is the structure/plan for the half-day:

5. Debrief

Everyone you have met during our interview process will get together in order to share their feedback and data points, discuss them and as a team decide whether we are the right place for you.
